Shipping

We currently ship within Canada using Canada Post.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Flat Rate Shipping: $14 for orders under $65
Free Shipping: Orders of $65 or more (before taxes) ship free!

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Local Pickup (Sarnia & Petrolia, Ontario)

Local pickup is available from either Sarnia or Petrolia, Ontario — free of charge!

Once your order is ready (usually within 1–3 business days), you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions. Pickups are by appointment only. We’ll coordinate a time and location that works for you.

Depending on timing and location, free local delivery may also be available. If you’re nearby and we happen to be heading your way, we’re happy to drop off your order at your doorstep — just mention it when we confirm your pickup.

To choose this option, simply select “Pick up” at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order.

If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your products, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@lilithinbloom.ca with your order number and a photo. We’ll do our best to make things right.
