Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Skin sensitivities or allergic reactions (please review the full ingredient list before purchasing)
  • Packages delayed or lost by the carrier (unless shipping protection was purchased)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Shipping costs, including customs fees, are non-refundable
  • Customers in USA are responsible for return shipping to Canada
