All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, and scent may occur. These variations are part of the handmade process and do not affect the quality of the product.

2. Ingredient Disclosure

We provide full ingredient lists for every product. Please review them carefully before purchase. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients for any potential allergens. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Payment & Order Processing

Orders must be paid in full before they are processed. We accept credit cards, manual e-transfer (when offered), and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages unless shipping protection has been added.
